Description
Oracle developers tend to keep a pile of SQL scripts open, and which one creates a table and which patches data depends on file names alone. SQLTools puts scripts, an editor and a query console into one light window: tables and objects on the left, and whichever you pick shows its full details on the right.
This is 2.0 build 41, announced as the final 2.0 release, installable without admin rights. The package here is the 64-bit one and needs the matching Oracle client components on the machine; without them the program shows an error at launch.
Script management: organise and browse SQL scripts instead of digging through folders.
Text editor: edit scripts and run them directly.
SQL console: type statements interactively and see the results at once.
Object browser: tables and other database objects listed on the left, with details for the selected one.
No-admin install: the installer is the no-admin build, so a standard user account is enough.
