Description
Anyone who has played some of the big Dou Dizhu apps knows the pattern: great hands for newcomers, then bad draws and tougher opponents as your beans grow. fight-the-landlord goes the other way: every deal is truly random with no card control algorithm, matching ignores win rate and rank, and there are no purchases or ads.
It is written in Go and the client runs in your terminal; install it and type ddz to start. Install scripts cover Windows, macOS and Linux, and you can host the server yourself.
Online play: room matching with reconnection after a dropped connection.
DouZero bots: integrates Kuaishou's open source DouZero AI to fill seats or play against you, without the illegal plays an LLM tends to make.
Card counter: built in, plus a music toggle and other small settings.
Open and auditable: dealing and matching code is public under GPL-3.0.
