WeChat Intelligence Hub turns the pile of WeChat conversations sitting idle on your own machine into personal intelligence you can search, verify and act on. It is not a bundle of prompts but a read-only local engine plus two Codex skills: wechat-cli does the reading, and wechat-intelligence-hub turns what it reads into briefings, reply queues, promise tracking and business-opportunity leads.
It suits people whose chat history has grown past the point of scrolling — creators, business developers, anyone juggling a dozen active groups. Everything is analysed locally: it sends no messages, drives no WeChat UI and neither injects into nor hooks the client, reading only the local database you have authorised yourself, and only the data already synced to that computer. Without database access you can still run the fully fictional demo to see how the pipeline behaves. The project is written in Python under AGPL-3.0, with a separate commercial licence for closed-source enterprise integration.
Full-history search:Keyword search across the history synced to your machine, filtered by contact, group or date range, and not limited to whatever WeChat labels you happen to have.
Intelligence briefings:Composite reports for the past 24 or 48 hours — a common window rather than a ceiling, since you can also ask for a single day, a week, a month or any start and end date.
Follow-ups and promises:Surfaces messages still waiting on your reply along with commitments you made that someone is still expecting, ranked into the handful of things worth doing today.
Opportunity radar:Picks partnership intent, sponsorship signals and people worth reconnecting with out of ordinary conversation, merging mentions scattered across sessions into one lead.
Group topic digests:Compresses noisy group chats into topic summaries and flags the groups and contacts that actually matter, so you stop scrolling back through everything.
Dual-format reports:Every report ships as both Markdown and an interactive HTML build with global search, section navigation, expandable group threads, jumps to the original message, light and dark themes and printing.
Personal profile setup:profile-init records your identity, business background, current plan and relationship labels so briefings are ranked against your real goals instead of a generic template.
Open source:The source code is hosted on GitHub, so developers can study the implementation, contribute, or adapt it to their own needs.
