Description
A virtual machine full of project files, and you only remember the backup after the system crashes; or the backups pile up until they fill the drive. GoPC Backup is a small tool that handles both ends: it backs up, and it clears out old backups too.
It needs no installation, writes nothing to the registry and has no demands on the machine; the download is a single exe. On first run you pick the folder to back up, the backup file name and the target folder, then reuse that setup again and again.
VM to host: its main job is backing up files from a virtual machine to the host PC, but it also works as a full backup tool for any PC.
Copy elsewhere: backup files can also be copied to a network share or a connected removable drive.
Clean up old backups: expired backups are removed according to your settings, no manual deleting.
