Description
Manage more than a handful of machines and you start every login asking yourself which one this is, what its IP is, which OS build it runs and how much disk is left. BGInfo prints that straight onto the wallpaper, so it is in front of you the moment you sign in, with no ipconfig round trip.
You decide what shows: host name, IP address, logged-on user, OS version, memory, free disk space, boot time. Tick the fields, adjust font, color and position, then save the config. Run it silently from the command line at startup and it refreshes on every login.
Selectable fields: dozens of built-in system fields plus custom text, so you keep only the lines you need
Custom styling: font, size, color, background and placement are adjustable so it does not cover your icons
