Description
You want different EQ on the left and right channels, but an ordinary stereo equalizer treats both sides the same, so splitting them means loading two plug-ins. Blue Cat’s Stereo Triple EQ puts a separate three-band filter set on each channel in one plug-in.
It is built on Blue Cat’s Triple EQ technology: each channel gets a low shelf, a high shelf and a boost/cut peak filter that move together like a single filter. The interface shows one set of controls per channel, and you can link the two channels into one setting or switch to Mid/Side processing. The vendor now folds it into the Triple EQ product page, with VST, VST3 and AAX formats.
Per-channel EQ: Separate low, mid and high controls for each of the two channels.
Channel linking: Lock the two sides together when you want them to move as one.
Mid/Side mode: Switch to Mid/Side to treat the center and the sides separately.
Free: Listed as freeware on the official site.
