Dawn Launcher is where all of it goes. Drag in programs, files, folders and URLs, sort them into your own categories, and leave one entry point on the desktop. A hotkey or a nudge at the screen edge brings the panel up, and a few keystrokes jump to what you want. It recognises shortcuts, UWP apps and Steam games and pulls their icons automatically. It stays light — a few dozen megabytes resident — and neither phones home nor collects data. The free V3 covers everyday use, with a Pro edition for more.
