Description
The painful thing about running a media account is the long chain: decide who you're writing for, set an account strategy, find trends, write per-platform copy, shoot short video, publish and read the numbers, with a different mindset at every step. self-media-content-workflow turns the chain into a set of modular agent skills that goes from a vague idea to a delivered archive.

Brief and strategy: Clarifies goal, audience, evidence and angle, then sets positioning, content mix, columns and a calendar.
Trends and competitors: Tracks trends, researches keywords and breaks down competitors for original topics.
Platform-native copy: One core topic shares facts, then titles, openings and structure are designed per platform for X, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and short video, with 8 image-style presets.
Short video and publishing: Hooks, voiceover, storyboards and subtitles, optional digital-human production, plus WeChat formatting and multi-platform video publishing.
Analytics and archive: Baseline comparison and attribution, versioned milestones, path checks and a complete release package.
It has five mandatory human checkpoints: direction, platform, title, final draft and publish authorization. It only produces drafts or packages by default and never mass-posts, and key numbers need sources. MIT licensed.
