Description
After swapping in an AMD graphics card or reinstalling Windows, the hard part is knowing which driver to install: is the model right, is the system 32 or 64 bit, which entry on the long download list is the one. AMD offers an auto-detect tool that hands the job to a program: run it and it identifies your Radeon graphics and Windows version, then downloads and installs the latest official driver.
According to AMD's support article, it recognizes Radeon, Radeon Pro, Ryzen processors with Radeon graphics and Ryzen chipsets, then offers to download and install the matching driver package. It needs an internet connection; the article lists Windows 7 and Windows 10 as supported, and if your product is not covered you can use the AMD Product Selector to pick a driver by hand. Because the package is larger than 8 MB we do not mirror it, and the download link points to AMD's official page.
