Description
Wubi users on a fresh system dread installing an input method that comes with popups, plugins and background network calls. Bingling IME is a Wubi and Zhengma input method written by an individual developer: the installer is only 3 to 4 MB, with no ads, no bundled software, and no collection or upload of what you type. The official site even warns that a genuine installer is under 4 MB, and a bigger one has probably been modified.
It ships with the 86 and 98 Wubi tables and a large character set Zhengma table, supports a to z code tables such as Xinshiji, and lets you attach third party dictionaries. Input is flexible: pure code, mixed pinyin, temporary pinyin or English, plus word suggestions, repeat input and top character commit. The core is Unicode and can type every CJK character, it runs on Windows 7 to 11 in 32 and 64 bit, and works in both desktop and UWP apps.
Several code tables: built in 86 Wubi, 98 Wubi and Zhengma, with support for tables such as Xinshiji and attachable third party dictionaries
Flexible input modes: pure code, mixed pinyin, temporary pinyin or English, with suggestions, repeat input and top character commit

Symbols and punctuation: custom special symbols, smart punctuation, and conversion of dates, times and numbers
Key and shortcut definitions: common keys and shortcuts can be remapped to your habits
Clean and quiet: no ads, plugins or popups, no personal data collected and no input uploaded
