Obeo Designer Community is a modeling workbench built on Eclipse and Sirius: you define the concepts of your domain and how they relate, then define how they are drawn, and every element you place is a model object with semantics. Change the model and every diagram updates; models can be validated, compared and merged, and used to generate code or documents.
It is for teams who need a modeling tool shaped to their own domain — enterprise architecture, systems engineering, embedded, anything with its own vocabulary. The Community edition is free; the installer is 439 MB from the vendor site.
