Description
Learning how flight controllers work is hard when existing firmware runs to hundreds of thousands of lines. Flix is an open source ESP32 quadcopter built from scratch with simple, clean code for education and research.
It uses general-purpose components and a 3D-printed frame, is written in Arduino, supports MAVLink and is used in robotics camps.
From scratch:Readable flight code.
Common parts:ESP32 and standard components.
3D-printed frame:Print and assemble.
MAVLink:Works with ground stations.
