You only have a Linux box but need macOS for testing or packaging, and Hackintosh setups are a hassle. macOS-Simple-KVM provides tools to set up a KVM-accelerated macOS VM in QEMU quickly, with no Mac required.
With QEMU 3.1+, Python 3 and KVM on Linux, run jumpstart.sh to fetch install media and follow the steps. High Sierra through Big Sur are supported.
