WinSnap has solved exactly this since the XP days: it captures windows with their rounded corners and transparency intact, then applies shadows, reflections, outlines and watermarks the moment the shot is taken, from checkboxes in the effects panel, no second pass required.
Version 6 moved to a Windows 11 style interface that follows the system dark mode. The Capture panel on the right picks screen, window or region; the toolbar along the bottom has arrows, rectangles, text, highlight and pixelate; then Save or Copy, or enable auto save and auto copy so one hotkey writes the file. The installer is 3 MB, the trial is fully functional, and a licence is 19.95 dollars with lifetime free updates.
