In the first minute after boot the cloud drive, chat app, printer helper and GPU panel all fight over the disk and the mouse barely moves. The Startup tab in Task Manager can only toggle programs; it knows nothing about scheduled tasks or services and cannot say "start this one a bit later". Quick Startup puts everything in one window with five tabs, startup programs, scheduled tasks, plug-ins, application services and Windows services, and every entry can be enabled, disabled, or given a startup delay so it waits until the desktop has settled.
Select an entry and the details pane shows the vendor, path, user rating and status, so unfamiliar services need no web search. An Undo Changes button covers mistakes. It is a free Glarysoft tool, the installer is under 12 MB and it bundles nothing.
