Description
Anyone who has used an HP-42S knows how handy RPN entry is: no parentheses for complex expressions. Free42 brings that classic RPN scientific calculator to the desktop with matching functions and a skin that looks just like the original.
Unzip and run, no installation, and it can live on a USB stick.
Two calculators: Decimal and binary versions; the binary one suits bit operations and base conversion.
Export and import: Save results and expressions out, then import them later to keep working.
Original skin: Switch to the look of the physical HP-42S so the key layout feels familiar.
Portable: One archive, unzip and run.
