WinBin2Iso

WinBin2Iso

Convert BIN images to ISO

Description

A disc image saved as .bin often will not load in a virtual drive, a burning tool or a system utility that only accepts .iso, and installing a heavy image suite just to change the format is a poor trade. WinBin2Iso does that one job: pick the BIN file, choose where to save, and one click gives you an ISO.

The whole program is a single window, with source and target path boxes on top and a convert button with a progress bar below, and no compression levels or encryption options to second guess. It handles images beyond 2 GB, uses very little memory, and the official build is a portable one that runs after unzipping without installing anything into the system. The interface includes Simplified Chinese, and it is free from SoftwareOK for personal use.

Features

BIN to ISO: reads a BIN disc image and writes a standard ISO file that can be mounted or burned straight away

Large file support: the window states support above 2 GB, so DVD sized images are fine

Minimal workflow: choose the source file and the target location, click convert, and the progress bar shows how far it is

Portable and installer free: x86, x64 and Unicode portable packages are offered, and they run after unzipping without touching the registry

Tiny footprint: the archive is only about a hundred KB, easy to keep on a USB drive or in a toolbox folder

Multilingual UI: built in language switching including Simplified Chinese, and the license must be accepted on first run
