Description
With a new floor plan in hand, figuring out where the sofa goes or whether removing a wall opens things up means sketching on paper or learning multi-gigabyte design software. floorplan-3d is a 2D furniture layout and 3D walkthrough tool that runs in the browser, shipped as a single HTML file with no install or build.
Drag over 60 pieces of furniture and appliances onto the plan with wall snapping, measure, and knock down non-load-bearing walls; press T for a Three.js 3D scene to view the whole flat from above or walk through it in first person with WASD and open doors. Change each room’s flooring and it estimates material cost by area plus 5% waste.
