Homomorphic encryption computes on ciphertext without decrypting, but it's painfully slow. cuhepy is a GPU-accelerated homomorphic encryption library for Python implementing Paillier and BFV.
It also supports encrypted nearest-neighbour search for privacy-preserving research; experimental code.
