Description
A port is taken, so you run lsof for the PID and then kill, re-remembering the flags every time. rip lets you fuzzy find a process and kill it with Enter, with a dedicated mode for processes holding ports.
Sort by CPU, memory, PID, name or port, turn on live mode for auto-refresh, and choose which signal to send.
Fuzzy search:Find processes by a few letters.
Ports mode:Only listening processes, or filter by port.
Live mode:Auto-refreshing list.
Custom signals:KILL by default, configurable.
