With dozens or hundreds of Office 365 accounts, profile photos end up either blank gray silhouettes or all over the place, and an admin who wants consistent work photos has to open accounts one by one or write PowerShell scripts.
CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365 is a free tool for this. Sign in with an admin account and upload, replace and remove photos in bulk from a user list. Photos go into Exchange Online mailboxes and sync to Azure AD, so they show up across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and more. Filter users by group or field, and photos are matched to users by file name.
It needs an Office 365 plan with Exchange Online, and your credentials are not stored; they're only used to obtain an encrypted access token.
