Description
Burning a disc usually leaves you sticking a label on top; drawing right on the surface used to need a special LightScribe drive. Disc Image Studio takes another route: it converts an image into data that matches the disc's physical layer, so an ordinary burner can etch a visible picture.
It handles CD, DVD and single-layer Blu-ray, with a layered canvas, tone adjustment and direct image export. Windows runs the exe, and Linux and macOS get an experimental command-line build.
Surface image generation: Turn any picture into data that can be burned onto a disc.
Layered canvas: Stack images and tweak tone before exporting.
Several disc types: CD, DVD and single-layer BD-R.
Calibration: Calibrate per disc so the pattern matches the source better.
