Description
You run Codex, Claude Code and other coding agents side by side, each in its own isolated window: findings from one get copied to another by hand, and the agreement you settled today has to be repeated in tomorrow's fresh session. Rovai AI pulls the agents you already have installed into one shared, chat-style workspace where every teammate keeps its own name, role and working principles across projects, and mentioning one hands it the work.
Teammates can hand tasks to each other while their execution stays visible next to the conversation: which tools ran, which files changed, which step is waiting for your approval. Bigger goals live on a Mission board, and agreements you confirm are saved as shared memory that the next task picks up automatically.
Lasting teammates: give each one a name, role and principles, and choose its agent, model and permissions separately.
Shared conversations: mention teammates to assign work, let them exchange findings and hand off, and open a one-on-one chat for focused discussion.
Visible execution: tool activity, approval prompts, file previews and change diffs sit alongside the conversation instead of in a terminal.
Mission board and schedules: track larger goals and recurring work; finishing a run, completing a mission and merging code are separate actions.
Collaborative memory: save team agreements as memory that carries into the next task.
Many agents: works with Codex CLI, Claude Code, Pi Coding Agent, DeepSeek Harness and OpenCode, with models and permissions depending on each agent.
Remote access: turn on Web access to continue from a browser on another device, or run an independent server; the desktop app ships for macOS (arm64 and x64) and Windows x64.
