Your downloads folder piles up every week, photos need backing up, old files need clearing, big ones belong on the other drive. Doing that once is nothing; doing it for a year is miserable. MoveBOT turns those chores into rules and runs them in the background, copying, moving or deleting matching files at the times you set.
It is not a black-box script, either. The main window lays out live status: memory and disk usage, the file being processed, the result of every step, with errors written to an event log so you never have to guess what it did.
Multiple jobs and panels: Manage several jobs in one window, each with its own source, destination and way of running.
Copy, move, delete: All three basic actions are supported, with extension filters and size limits so only the intended files are touched.
Time-based triggers: Set intervals and trigger conditions so tidying happens in fixed windows without anyone watching.
Live monitoring: Memory, disk usage and job progress are shown in real time, so a nearly full target drive is easy to spot.
