Kuzgun

Kuzgun

Kanban for coding agent tickets

Description

Run a few coding agents at once and the hard part is knowing which ticket is with whom, how far along it is and which files it changed, so you end up flipping through terminals. Kuzgun lays all of it out on a native macOS board: it reads the local tickets that mattpocock/skills writes under .scratch/, sorts them into status columns, and refreshes live as the files change.

The most useful part is the agent session page: it reads each tool's own session files and shows the run behind a ticket, with the prompt, the replies, every step and the changed files, live while the agent works, plus a one-click copy of the command that resumes it. It is read-only: the ticket files belong to the agents and skills that write them, so to act on one you copy its slash command or open it in your editor. Written in Rust on GPUI, the UI framework behind Zed, with virtualized card lists, it needs macOS 14 or later and is free and open source under MIT.
