Description
Deaf people struggle to follow phone calls and family conversations, and commercial caption devices are pricey and clunky. This project is a real-time caption appliance built on a Raspberry Pi and 10-inch touchscreen that transcribes calls and room conversation.
Built for a deaf family member, it uses Deepgram or offline Vosk with large, clear text.
