Tailslayer

In low-latency systems, occasional microsecond stalls often come from DRAM refresh, and good averages don't fix the tail. Tailslayer replicates data across memory channels with uncorrelated refresh schedules and issues hedged reads, using whichever returns first.

It uses undocumented channel scrambling offsets on AMD, Intel and Graviton and is header-only.
