Put company knowledge into a vector store and old and new material mixes until nobody knows which policy is current. Utopia puts time awareness and ontology at the base of the knowledge system, evolving as material arrives, with conflict detection and reasoning running against the ontology.
Written in Rust on PostgreSQL and pgvector, it supports bitemporal knowledge graphs and semantic search and deploys fully offline.
