Typing merchant, date and amount from every receipt for expenses wears you out. Receipt OCR is a receipt recognition engine that turns a receipt image into structured data in three steps, with merchant, items and totals as JSON.
It has two modules: an LLM-based package for structured extraction and a Tesseract module for raw text, so you can pick what fits.
