Description
Every new session, Claude Code or OpenCode rereads the codebase and forgets the architecture decisions you already discussed. MegaMemory is an MCP server that lets the agent record features, modules, patterns and decisions as a concept graph that persists across sessions, and query it before the next task.
There is no AST parsing: the model writes concepts in its own words into a per-project SQLite database, with local embeddings for semantic search and a web explorer for the graph.
