Team Collaboration Tool

Description

Samepage is a team collaboration tool whose idea is to put documents, tasks, chat and files on the same page instead of spreading them across several applications. One page can hold body text alongside a task list, a calendar, a table and attached files, with that page’s discussion running beside it, so edits and conversation stay in one place.

What is listed here is its Windows desktop client. **One caveat:** samepage.io now serves nothing but a login page — the product pages and the download link are gone, the service appears to have stopped being promoted, and new signups are effectively unavailable. The download can only point at the installer archived on Softpedia, so whether it still reaches a working backend is worth checking yourself.

Features

Mixed content on one page: Text, tasks, tables, calendars, images and files sit together in a single page, removing the need to switch tools for one piece of work.

Real-time co-editing: Several people edit the same page at once with changes syncing immediately and other people’s cursors visible.

In-page discussion: Every page carries its own chat, so the conversation sits next to the content rather than in a separate app.

Tasks and calendar: Tasks take an assignee and a due date, and the calendar view shows what the team has coming up.

File sharing: Files are dragged straight onto a page where the team picks them up in one place, with versions following the page.
