Description
Bike computer and sports watch records live in each vendor's cloud app, switching brands breaks the history, and putting ten years of rides on one chart is impossible. MyTourbook is an open-source desktop program that imports GPX, FIT, TCX files from Garmin, Polar, Suunto and others into a local database, with maps, elevation profiles, heart rate and power charts and yearly and monthly statistics all in one window.
Photos attach to the track at the position matching their timestamp, two rides on the same route can be overlaid to compare pace, and the statistics pages roll up distance and climbing by week, month or year. The data stays on your disk and no account is needed. Builds exist for Windows, Linux and macOS, on Eclipse RCP.
Many formats: Imports GPX, FIT, TCX, HRM and other common recording formats from devices or folders.
Maps and tracks: Tracks on OpenStreetMap and other map layers with custom colours.
Charts: Elevation, speed, heart rate, cadence and power over distance or time, overlayable.
Statistics: Distance, duration and climbing by day, week, month and year as bar charts.
Photo linking: Places photos on the track by timestamp for illustrated tour logs.
Tour comparison: Overlay repeated rides of one route to see where you were faster or slower.
Cross platform: Windows, Linux and macOS; the database moves with its folder.
