Everything you want to switch off in Windows lives somewhere else: telemetry in Group Policy, the context menu in the registry, recommendations and ads spread over four or five settings pages, automatic updates in the services list. Turning it all off is a hundred clicks, and a reinstall means doing it again. This small utility lays the common adjustments out as a row of switches that apply on a click and revert on another.
It is a single file of about a megabyte that installs nothing and leaves nothing running. Everything it does goes through Windows' own settings and registry values rather than replacing system files, which is why anything switched off can simply be switched back.

Context menu cleanup: removes the Windows 11 secondary menu layer and the entries third-party software injected, so right-click shows the full list again.
