Maxthon is a Chromium-based browser with builds for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. Moving to Chromium put its page compatibility on par with the mainstream browsers, while it kept its own efficiency-minded additions: sidebar tools, account-based cloud sync and a set of built-in utilities.
It aims at people who keep a lot of tabs open and want to pick up on another device. Bookmarks, tabs and settings follow the account, so signing in on a new machine restores the same setup. The Windows version also comes as a portable build that lives on a USB stick.
Chromium engine: Rendering and JavaScript come from Chromium, so pages behave as they do in Chrome and the extension ecosystem carries over.
