Description
Saving a page from a browser leaves you with an .html file plus a folder of the same name; move it or mail it and the images and styles are gone. The MHTML format exists for exactly this — markup, stylesheets and every image packed into one .mht file — so the page survives an email attachment or an archive folder intact. MHTML Editor .NET is a small tool built to edit those files.
The interface is an Office-style ribbon, so the formatting controls are on the surface and no tags need remembering. Documents open in tabs, which helps when you are comparing revisions of the same article. Plain HTML files open too and can be saved back into the single-file format. The whole program is one .NET executable under 8 MB that needs no installation.
