APNGb

You want to make an animated APNG from a few PNGs, or split an existing APNG back into frames, but general tools don't support it. APNGb does exactly this: an open-source tool to assemble and disassemble APNG animations, drop in multiple PNGs to build the animation, adjust per-frame duration and loop count, and split an APNG back into per-frame PNGs. A macOS app, open source.
